One of our prestigious client wanted a six color system for printing picture quality artwork on his lids of saffron boxes for his export market. He preferred closed cup system due to its varied advantages and wanted individual settings for each color as he needed perfect registration. Also he wanted the fixturing to be very accurate as the component had hinges and there were chances of movement if the fitxture wasn't properly designed.We came up with a solution in no time. We used an imported Motorised Rotary Indexer for highly accurate printing registration. We used 6 of our highly established KIN C 90 P, plate moving, 90 cup dia machines. For the fixturing we got them manufactured on CNC machine as also we used a vaccum system to hold the fixtures in place without any jerks to foolproof it. For the vaccum system also we used the vaccum pump to generate enough air for the applicaton. An auto unloading system was also incorporated. The system is a class apart and a masterpiece of innovation and enginnering.
