For Six-Eight color printing system for printing on bottles/Lids, we make use of Two of our KIN E 150 models an synchronise it with our Linea Indexing system. One of them is equipped with a Four color Inkwell and another is equipped with a Two color Inkwell for six color system. For a eight color system we make use of two of our KIN E 150 modes with four color inkwell in each of them. For transportation of the bottles/lids we make use of our sturdy and time proven linear index system. Blow moulded bottles with thin walls require air blowing system which is provided online just before the bottle is printed. The bottles are filled with air to make it rigid while printing. For HDPE/LDPE/PP bottles/lids it is suggested to pretreat them using Gas Flame Treatment system just before printing to get better adhesion between the material and the ink . This can be done online. For instant packing or curing after printing, we can provide an infrared curing system online after which the bottles/lids can be manually/automatically unloaded.
