Kinnari's KIN C 90 TV - Closed Cup Model the Transverse closed cup machine stemed out from the constant customer input we received for developing a closed cup machine for long print images like graduation printing of scales or for printing in multiple ups on penclips/barells or multiple syringes. All this wasn't possible in closed cup until now due to its limited print area, thereby forcing our customers to go in for open inkwell machines.But this always created the problem of ink and solvent wastage, ink viscocity problems etc. The Kinnari's engineers took up the challenge and in no time delivered the solution which again is a piece of an engineering masterstroke. Utilising the same cup system of 90 dia, the plate movement which used to be vertical was made horizontal and that too on a longer plate.With this we made possible the printing on long and lengthy images/text on long products in single color. Like all of Kinnari's closed cup systems,KIN C 90 TV also delivers you the performance, the speed, the agility, versatility and above all the strength and rigidness that a machine of this stature demands.The system packs in a lot of punch and power and is capable to print onto long products with ease.

The KIN C 90 TV closed cup machines also boasts of the time tested closed cup technology and diamond polished ceramic cup rings which enables easy gliding of the cupring across the printing plate thereby promoting long plate life.The users of Kinnari's closed cup systems enjoy some of the longest uninterrupted run times, plate life, and consistency of performance that the industry has on offer. The filled ink cup can be kept on the machine for several days(while using single component inks) thereby eliminating the drudgery of a daily teardown and changeover.The added advantage is we have the option of dual home position or single home position for the cup on the machine. With dual home position,the machine delivers more speed than the single home position as the travel time of the cup in dual home position is cut down.

The KIN C 90 TV transverse closed cup with a print area of 75 mm dia is ideal for synchronizing with our rotary indexing systems.It is ideal for printing onto rulers, catheters,syringes, pen clips, pen barrels, reflector tubes , electrical, electronic housings, badminton rackets,pvc/rubber pipes and pvc casing etc. The system is capable to print images as long aso 380-400 mm x 15-20 mm.Application specific synchronization and mounting packages can be tailor made to meet your specific requirements.

The model comes with a standard working tabl for product up-down setting and a fabricated base as a standard feature.
