KIN C 90 with Shuttle for Rotation

The KIN C 90 machine model with shuttle came into existence from the requirements of our customers who were requiring printing from 180 degrees and even up to 360 degrees but for small round/circular products. Our design team and engineers worked upon a solution wherein the pad picks up the image from the plate and comes down on the product. As soon as the contact take place between the pad and the product, the product starts rolling due to the movement of the shuttle which also moves linearly in the other direction. This now makes the product completely roll through the length of the pad due to which the whole image is printed around the circumference of the product.

These machines are highly suitable for printing single color sheets with simple design text, logos etc on round objects with very small diameter. The filled ink cup can be kept on the machine for several days (while using single component inks) thereby eliminating the drudgery of a daily tear down and changeover.
