KIN C 140S-Closed Cup Model
KIN C 140S-Closed Cup ModelThe advancement in pad printing technology created a demand for special printing applications. The automotive field, the beverages manufacturer, shock absorber manufacturers etc., started demanding for printing on their product either to identify the product or print the logo and specifications or maybe to identify whether the product has gone through a particular test in their assembly line. But the complexity arises when the printing is to be done on the side and it is not possible to print on top of the component. This demanded for a pad-printing machine with side printing facility.

The challenge was well diagnosed by our team of engineers and an idea was born, which ultimately led to the crafting of our Machine model KIN C 140 S. Here the pad picks up the image from the plate in the standard way but for printing on side of component, the pad assembly is tilted 90 degrees and then the pad is pressed against the component sideways. KIN C 140 S is the big brother of KIN C 90 PSS and is developed basically for large image area printing. Few of our MNC customers in beverage industry and automobile industry had a requirement for printing sideways with approx. 110 mm diameter on their jerry cans, which are moving online. Even the automobile company had a requirement for printing online sideways on the leak-testing machine after the leak testing is completed. We have developed the model KIN C 140 P for the application and synchronized it with their line successfully thereby delighting our customers.

KIN C 140S-Closed Cup ModelThe KIN C 140 S PSS closed cup machines also boasts of the time tested closed cup technology and diamond polished ceramic cup rings, which enables easy gliding of the cupring across the printing plate thereby promoting long plate life. The users of Kinnari's closed cup systems enjoy some of the longest uninterrupted run times, plate life, and consistency of performance that the industry has on offer. The filled ink cup can be kept on the machine for several days (while using single component inks) thereby eliminating the drudgery of a daily tear down and changeover.

The KIN C 140 S closed cup machine of 140 diameter cup with a print area of 120 mm diameter is ideal for synchronizing with any of our rotary, linear or oval indexing systems. This machine can ideally be retrofitted into a customer's assembly line or testing line if he requires the printing to be online. It is ideal for printing onto bulbs, MCB's etc either offline or online on their assembly units or testing units or our indexing systems. Other applications are for printing logo and specification or date, batch code etc on bottles, on jerry cans, containers, etc. These types of systems are widely demanded even by automotive industry like the manufacturer of shock absorbers etc where traceability of components is compulsory. Application specific synchronization and mounting packages can be tailor made to meet your specific requirements.
