From the small version of KIN C 90 P, to the larger version of Kin C 140 P, it was enginnering, innovation all the way. In the end the system that took birth is a piece of masterstroke.It delivers you the performance, the speed, the agility, versatility and above all the strength and rigidness that a machine of this stature demands.The system packs in a lot of punch and power and is capable to print onto large products with ease.

These machines have incorporated the plate moving system with the cup being stationary . The pad also has only the pad stroke and no pad carriage. This technology improves the speed considerably and gives more room and flexibility for the product 's movement and placement,The pad stroke is large enough upto 140 mm enabling the pad to go quite below onto the product, therby giving flexinility to print on wide variety and sizes of products.

The KIN C 140 P closed cup machines also boasts of the time tested closed cup technology and diamond polished ceramic cup rings which enables easy gliding of the cupring across the printing plate thereby promoting long plate life..The users of Kinnari's closed cup systems enjoy some of the longest uninterrupted run times, plate life, and consistency of performance that the industry has on offer. The filled ink cup can be kept on the machine for several days(while using single component inks) thereby eliminating the drudgery of a daily teardown and changeover.

The 140 mm dia closed cup with a print area of 120mm dia is ideal for synchronizing with any of our linear and rotary indexing systems.It is ideal for printing onto large blow moulded cans, motors,mixer/grinder housings automotive components,small bottles, electronic and electrical devices, ball pens clips and barells, beverage caps, and other general components where printing matter is within 120 mm dia, whether the printing is permanent or temporary for internal traceability .Outstanding performance of the closed cup means trouble free nonstop performance in a production scenario even over multiple days ,of course while using single component inks.Application specific synchronization and mounting packages can be tailor made to meet your specific requirements.

The machine comes with a fabricated base and a working table for product up-down movement as a standard feature.
