KIN
C 140P 2C IPS is a model developed from our ever-popular
KIN C
140 P. This premium quality machine comes with all the multiple
advantages that only a sealed/closed cup machine can offer. It delivers
the performance, the speed, the agility, versatility and rigidity that a
machine of this stature demands. This system is packed with a lot of
power and can very easily print on large products in twin colors.
These machines have incorporated the plate moving system with the cup
being stationary. The pad also has only the pad stroke and no pad
carriage. This technology improves the speed considerably and provides
room for the product's movement and placement. The pad stroke is large
enough up to 140 mm enabling the pad to go quite below onto the product,
thereby providing flexibility to print on wide variety and sizes of
products.
The basic advantage of this system is that, it can print two color
images on large products simultaneously. And this happens without any
mismatch in the color placement. In this system, though both colors are
picked up simultaneously, the second color pad will come down on the
product to print only when the first color printing is over and the
product has shuttled to the printing position for the second color to
get printed.
The
KIN C 140P 2C IPS closed cup machines also boasts of the
time tested closed cup technology and diamond polished ceramic cup
rings, which enables easy gliding of the cupring across the printing
plate thereby promoting long plate life. The users of Kinnari's closed
cup systems enjoy some of the longest uninterrupted run times, plate
life, and consistency of performance that the industry has on offer. The
filled ink cup can be kept on the machine for several days (while using
single component inks) thereby eliminating the drudgery of a daily tear
down and changeover.
It is ideal for printing onto large blow molded cans, motors,
mixer/grinder housings, vegetable trays, washing machine panels, where
printing matter is within 120 mm diameter. Outstanding performance of
the closed cup means trouble free nonstop performance in production for
a long duration.
