For blow moulded items specially bottles, we recommend air blowing system wherein the bottles are filled with air just prior to printing to give rigidity to the bottle and then they are printed to prevent the bottle from getting out of shape or crumpled as well as to get proper printing. For extrusion like printing on pvc pipes, hose pipes etc, we recommend to clean the product and remove droplets, if any, before cleaning to get good adhesion and excellent printing results.For printing on PP/hdpe/ldpe, use of pre treatment system like gas flame or carona treatment is suggested. Alternatively chemical primer also can be applied prior to printing basically for getting adhesion on PP.
