One of the largest manufacturers of switches and MCB's in India approached us for developing an automation for printing on single and Two pole MCB's in two color with auto loading and unloading facilities. Our engineers delivered it in no time . We made use of our most successful machine KIN CO 90/100 closed cup machine with two heads.An auto stacking system where the MCB's can be stacked. A pusher for pushing the MCB onto the fixtures which would be continuously moving on the linear indexing conveyor. We also provided a dolly centering mechanism whereby the dolly is centered so that , the pad can print on both sides of the MCB. The Mcb's get printed and then move forward where if required an infrared curing system can be accommodated for instant curing and then the MCB's are automatically unloaded.After the success of this system we also incorporated a machine with four heads for a similar system where in the extra two heads used to print the ratings thereby eliminating the need for changing plates and investing in more plates for the different ratings the customer has. They can easily just shift the rating online within few moments and start printing. This also saves the changeover time involved.
