Working
  • The component to be printed is continously placed on the fixtures(normally 16) mounted on the base plate of the Oval Index Table. There are two Color printing machine, three color printing machine and four Color printing machine which pick up two/three/four different colors from the divided etched plate in case of open inkwell or from two/three/four separate plates in case of closed cup system and move towards the product to print The first color is printed on the component by the first pad. The second color by second pad, third color by third pad and fourth color by fourth pad.The products continosuly move one by one under each of the head and get printed and can be unloaded on other side of conveyor
  • Foreg: For the Two color printing,there will be only two pad heads and a two color inkwell.The oval index table with 16 fixtures continously moves in an oval fashion.It takes the component and moves to the first station where first color is printed by first pad and then travels to the second station automatically where the second pad prints the second color. The component then moves forward and can be unloaded by worker from the other side.
  • For three color, there will be 3 color inkwell and 3 pads and for four color printing there be a four color inkwell and 4 pads. Rest everything will be same

1. KIN CO 90/100 Closed Cup Machine with Oval Index Table for printing from one color upto Four colors :

For the Model KIN CO 90/100,Whenever one or more colors ideally upto four colors need to be printed with higher output, we suggest to use our Oval index system coupled with the Kin CO 90/100 closed cup model.The KIN CO 90/100 with ovall index system uses one cup forsingle color printing, two cups for dual color printing, three cups for three color printing and four cups for four color printing. Additionally a machine coordinate is attached below the machine for adjusting the machine in x-y-and in angular with reference to the matter on the plate and to get perfect registration.Using a Four color system can give you multicolor images, halftone effects,You can print in 4 color process or 4 color spot as per the requirement.
