Pad Printing Machines with Two,Three and Four
Color Big Shuttle 
Our Pad printing / Tempo Printing Machines with Two,
Two color pad printing machine and four color pad printing machine are
used for multi color printing process. The components to be printed are
placed on the fixture mounted on the big shuttle. There are
two/three/four different pads, which pick up different colors from the
divided etched plate in case of open inkwell or from two/three/four
separate plates in case of closed cup system. These are then move
towards the product to print.
The first color is printed on the component by the first pad, after
which the shuttle comes into play. For the two-color shuttle, it takes
the component and travels to the second station automatically where the
second pad prints the second color. Similar process is followed for
three and four color shuttle printing. After the printing is over, these
machines are automatic loading of the other product for printing.
These machines can be coupled with different models according to the
needs of the customer. Our models for pad printing machine with shuttles
are as follows:
1. KIN CO 90/100 Closed Cup Machine
with Three and Four color Big Shuttle :

 For
the Model KIN CO 90/100, whenever three or more colors need to
be printed, we suggest our three color or four color shuttle as
per the requirement. The KIN CO 90/100 T three color shuttle and
Four color shuttle has all the equipment similar to KIN CO
90/100 T single color. Apart from that, we have totally 3 cups
for 3-color printing and 4 cups for four color printing. The 3
or a 4 color big shuttle for transporting the product from one
head to another and additionally a shuttle coordinate is
attached below the shuttle for adjusting the component x-y-and
in angular with reference to the matter on the plate and to get
perfect registration. Using a Four color system, our clients can
get multicolor images, halftone effects and can print in 4 color
process or 4 color spot as per the requirements.

2. KIN E 150 Open Inkwell Machine with
Two, Three and Four color Big Shuttle :

For the Model KIN E 150 - Whenever Two,
Three or Four colors need to be printed, we suggest to use our
Two, Three color or Four colors shuttle as the requirement may
be. The KIN E 150 Two color shuttle, Three color shuttle and
Four color shuttle has all the equipment similar to KIN E 150
single color. We also have a 2,3 or a 4 color big shuttle for
transporting the product from one head to another. In addition,
a shuttle coordinate is attached below the shuttle for adjusting
the component x-y and in angular with reference to the matter on
the plate and to get perfect registration. Our clients can use
the Four-color system for multicolor images, halftone effects
and can print in 4-color process or 4 color spot as per the
requirement. |

4. KIN C 140 P Closed Cup Machine with
Two color Big Shuttle :

For the Model KIN C 140 P, Whenever Two color
needs to be printed, we suggest to use our Two color shuttle.
The KIN C 140 P Two-color shuttle has all the equipment similar
to KIN C 140 P single color. We also have a 2color big shuttle
for transporting the product from one head to another and
additionally a shuttle coordinate is attached below the shuttle
for adjusting the component x-y-and in angular with reference to
the matter on the plate and to get perfect registration. |
