1-6 Color Machine with Linear Indexing System
1-6 Color Machine with Linear Indexing SystemOur engineering department has developed a linear index system capable of small to medium size of printing. These six Color printing Machine, one color printing machine provide efficient color indexing and can either be totally pneumatic or electric driven. Our machines are capable of giving a high output from 1000 to 2400/hrs with high index accuracy in three different colors. Designed with precision, these printers provide smooth and impact free movement sequence. For smooth and easy operation, our printers can be integrated with auto loading systems such as bowl feeder, liner feeder, hopper, elevator and auto unloading systems. Available with both single indexing and double indexing system, our linear index system is a complete solution to pad printing process.

1. KIN CO 90/100 Closed Cup Machine with Linear Index Table for printing from one color upto Four colors :

General Features - Outstanding Features - Description of this model-Functions :
With high index accuracy, these models are ideally suited for printing up to four-color need with a higher output. These machines provide complete solutions for pad printing and can be integrated with processes like loading, unloading, pretreatment and post treatment systems. The KIN CO 90/100 model with Linear index system uses one cup for single color printing, two cups for dual color printing, three cups for three color printing and four cups for four color printing and six cups for six color printing. Using a Four-color system, the machine can give you multicolor images, halftone effects. You can print in 4-color process or 4 color spot as per the requirement.

2. KIN E 150 with Linear Index Table for printing from Two-six colors :

General Features - Outstanding Features - Description of this model-Functions :
KIN E 150 with Linear Index Table for printing from Two-six colors Designed with precision, our Model KIN E 150 is suited for larger printing areas with high output. High in efficiency, our printers can perform functions like pretreatment using Linear index system coupled with KIN E 150 open inkwell model. The KIN E 150 with Linear index system uses two color inkwell for dual color printing, three color inkwell for three color printing and four color inkwell for four color printing and four color + two color inkwell for six color printing.

Additionally a machine coordinate is attached below the machine for adjusting the machine in x-y and in angular with reference to the matter on the plate and to get perfect registration. Using a Four-color system, you can get multicolor images, halftone effects, and can print in 4-color process or 4 color spot as per the requirements.

3. KIN Q 150 with Linear Index Table for printing from Two color upto Six colors :

General Features - Outstanding Features - Description of this model-Functions :
Model KIN Q 150 is suitable for applications, where two or more colors (ideally upto four) need to be printed with higher output and larger print areas. Also for intermediate processes where pretreatment and dpost treatment systems need to be incorporated, we suggest to use our Linear index system coupled with KIN Q 150 open inkwell model. The KIN Q 150 machine is an European styled model with Linear l index system that use two color inkwell for dual color printing, three color inkwell for three color printing and four color inkwell for four color printing and fourcolor + two color inkwell for six color printing.
