Product Co Ordinate is used to set the product in
X Y or angular axis with reference to the design on the etched
plate. The product can be easily set as required with very minute
accuracy on the table.
Kinnari has two product co ordinates
MINI Product Co Ordinate :
- This is a small coordinate made for very small components and
is normally suggested to be used in Machines like KIN CO 90/100,
KIN C 60 where in normally the components are small.
- Even if you want to set and print two such products in a
single stroke, then two such small coordinates can be
accommodated on a single base as they are very compact. This
aids in individual setting in X-Y angular direction for two
components at a time.
Standard Product Co Ordinate :
- This is a larger coordinate and is used for x-y-angular
setting of small as well as medium sized components.
- It is also used for x y angular setting of mini shuttle used
in KIN C 60 and KIN CO 90/100 for two color printing
Shuttle Co Ordinate
- Shuttle coordinate is also similar accept that it is kept
below the 2/3 or 4 color shuttle and that it is used to set the
shuttle in X Y angular axis rather than the product. It can be
accurately set as required.
- It s normally used for 2-4 color printing on larger sized
machines like KIN E 150,Kin Q 150,KIN C 140 P etc
- Sometimes it is also used as a product coordinate for large
sized component setting and printing of single color components.
Machine Co Ordinate
- Machine co ordinate is used to set the machine in X Y or
angular setting with reference to the product or with reference
to the indexing system like oval or linear or rotary indexing
table. It is used when the product is big and cannot be moved
easily or when the product is put on linear/oval/rotary table
hence instead of moving the product, we can move the machine as
accurately as required in x y or angular direction.
