Hopper : Hoppers are generally used to load or store in the components. These can be simple or even motorised and are even used for orientation of the product.Depending on the requirement they can be customized to store in as much components as required

Elevator : Elevators are used as transportation equipments and are used to transport the products from one place to anotherThey can be used to transport the products from injection moulding system directly to the printing or assembly section as required. They are also used to transport the products from the hopper to the bowlfeeder or from the unloading section to the assembly section for next process.These products are also customized as per requirement.

Bowlfeeder : Bowlfeeders are used for automatic feeding ,orientation and handling of most type of industrial products. We supply both vibratory as well as motorized bowlfeeders.

Conveyors : Conveyors are used for various purposes like transportation of product from one place to another, from process to another or for carrying on various assembly processes or standalone processes. In pad printing we used it in auto loading, auto unloading. We also supply it for offline flaming treatment, hot air or infrared conveyors.

Pad Cleaning System : Pad cleaning systems are automated systems which can be incorporated in standard as well as automated pad printing machines or systems to automatically clean the pads using specialsed tape. These systems automatically roll and stretch and travel under the pads where in the pads get cleaned when pressed on the tape. This make removal of dust and ink residue easy. One can select after how many cycles hsold this operation take place and can keep it in auto mode. Optionally it can be started by manually operatingthe system as and when required.

Autoloading and auto unloading system : This systems can be incorporated in the pad printing systems as well as any other assembly or automation systems where in the product can be autoloaded or autounloaded as required using mechanical, pneumatic, vaccum systems as is feasible.
